We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor (QS) who will support our projects by managing costs, contracts, and ensuring accurate estimates throughout all project phases.
Location: Willing to be assigned to any project site
Responsibilities and Duties
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets
Review architectural and engineering plans for accurate quantity take-offs
Monitor project costs and track material and labor expenditures
Manage contracts, progress billings, and documentation for payments
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project teams
Perform other QS-related tasks as needed by the project
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Preferably with experience in cost estimating, budgeting, and quantity take-offs
Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills
Knowledgeable in construction materials, methods, and industry standards
Proficient in MS Excel and estimating software (an advantage)
