Licensed Architect

Full-time

We are looking for a Licensed Architect who can support our growing team with expertise in planning, design, and project coordination.

Location: Willing to be assigned to any project site

Responsibilities and Duties

Prepare architectural plans, drawings, and design concepts
Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and project requirements
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers
Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
Assist in project documentation, permits, and approvals
Perform other architectural tasks and assignments as required

Qualifications

Licensed Architect (PRC)
Strong knowledge of architectural design, planning, and construction processes
Proficient in CAD software and other architectural tools
Keen attention to detail and strong creativity
Good communication and project coordination skills
Willing to be assigned to any location
